OUR MISSION

Following Jesus.
Living The Way.

Our mission is to encourage individuals and families to know Jesus Christ, walk intimately in daily fellowship, and embody His grace and truth through authentic, shared community.

A Christ-centered fellowship rooted in Scripture, prayer, and shared life

BIBLICAL ROOTS • ACTS 9:2

Why We Are Called
Followers of the Way

“...so that if he found any belonging to the Way, men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem.”
Acts 9:2

Before believers were ever called Christians in Antioch, they were simply known as people belonging to The Way. It was never conceived as an abstract theology or a passive philosophy. To the early disciples, following Jesus was a radical, daily path of sacrificial love, shared fellowship, and steadfast obedience.

“We don't simply want to know what Jesus taught. We want to live it.”

OUR SACRED FOUNDATION

Faith. Family.
Fellowship.

Six foundational pillars rooted in scripture, guiding our communal walk with Christ and shaping daily life.

Prayer

Continual communion with God that anchors our spirit, aligns our desires, and precedes every major decision.

Discipleship

Deep study in gospel truth, intentional mentoring, and walking together toward Christ-like maturity.

Family

Nurturing the household as the primary sanctuary of faith, love, and multi-generational wisdom.

Community

Sharing authentic meals, honest fellowship, and bearing one another's burdens in brotherly unity.

Service

Extending humble hands to the hurting, hungry, and forgotten with quiet generosity and selflessness.

Stewardship

Faithfully caring for God's creation, our resources, and our time to cultivate lasting fruit for His kingdom.

LIVED DISCIPLESHIP IN ACTION

Faith Was Never Meant to Remain
Inside Four Walls

We step beyond sanctuary pews into neighborhood dining rooms, forested ridges, and local worksites where genuine devotion becomes tangible daily love.

VIGNETTE 01

Family & Discipleship

Discipleship thrives around the table. We gather across ordinary homes to share unhurried meals, study Scripture with open hearts, and cultivate lifelong intergenerational bonds that extend far beyond scheduled church hours.

  • Hospitality as Worship: Weekly shared meals and intimate home communion
  • Intergenerational Mentorship: Walking alongside youth and elders in mutual growth
  • Living-Room Study: Exploring Scripture honestly in homes rather than lecture halls

VIGNETTE 02

Service & Outdoors

Creation is a profound classroom for faith. We step outside into the open air to serve neighbors with hands-on labor, restore local trails, and hold sunset communion under the canopy of God's wilderness.

  • Hands-On Neighbor Relief: Practical home restoration, yard care, and physical aid
  • Creation Stewardship: Wilderness trail repair, forestry maintenance, and conservation
  • Campfire Liturgies: Evening prayer, reflection, and acoustic worship under the open sky

SACRED REST & RECONNECTION

Step Away From
The Noise

Sometimes we need to step away from schedules, screens, noise and distractions to truly hear His voice in the quiet.

PRACTICAL DISCIPLESHIP

How We Walk The Way

Our retreats and gatherings create a grounded roadmap for quiet transformation. We walk this path together with steady discipline: listening first, rooting our homes in sacred love, deepening shared faith under open skies, and extending our hands to a weary world.

01

Seek God

Cultivate stillness through daily contemplative prayer, Scripture meditation, and listening before acting.

02

Strengthen the Family

Anchor domestic life with purposeful evening table liturgies, intentional dialogue, and dedicated Sabbath rest.

03

Learn in Fellowship

Gather in open wilderness retreats and small discipleship cohorts to study wisdom and sharpen mutual faith.

04

Serve Others

Pour outward into our towns through humble hospitality, practical relief, and unconditional generosity.

CALLED TO ACTIVE SERVICE

Your Gifts Have
A Purpose

Followers of the Way is not built around spectators. We believe every person carries seasoned life experiences, quiet crafts, and divine callings designed to nourish the fellowship and serve our surrounding neighborhoods.

Whether your gift is preparing shared meals, providing steady mentorship to the next generation, repairing what is broken, or interceding in quiet prayer: the goal is never personal recognition. The goal is humble, faithful service where no contribution is overlooked.
